1 General Provisions & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 32dd platform and all related services. By accessing the 32dd website, creating an account, or using any of its services, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree with any part of them, please refrain from using this platform.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the 32dd website and all its services.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person registered on the platform.
• "Account" refers to each member's individual personal gaming account.
• "Wallet" refers to the user's fund balance held on the platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional benefit offered by the platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following eligibility conditions must be met to use the 32dd platform:

• The user must be 21 years of age or older.
• The user must be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming activities are not prohibited.
• The user must be legally capable and eligible to enter into a binding agreement.
• Each individual may operate only one account.

If it is found that a user registered by providing false information, the relevant account will be closed immediately and all funds in that account may be forfeited.

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account at 32dd, accurate and complete personal information must be provided. The user's name, contact details, and all other required information must be truthful. Providing false or misleading information will be considered a violation of the Terms.

3.2 Account Security

It is the user's sole responsibility to keep their account login credentials (including password) completely confidential. Sharing login details with any other person is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the support team immediately.

• Use a strong password (a combination of numbers, letters, and special characters).
• Changing your password regularly is good practice for security.
• Always log out after signing in from a public or shared device.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts — under the same name, using the same payment method, or from the same device — is a serious violation of the Terms. In such cases, 32dd reserves the right to close all related accounts and withhold funds.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on the 32dd platform is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). Any applicable transaction fee at the time of deposit is determined by the payment method provider.

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (the same for every method).
• A successful deposit is generally credited to the account instantly.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. 32dd makes every effort to complete each approved withdrawal within 1 hour. Withdrawals are processed even faster once the account verification process is complete.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Maximum processing time: typically within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• Winnings related to a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.

4.3 Suspicious Transactions

If any transaction appears unusual or suspicious, 32dd reserves the right to temporarily place it on hold for investigation. Accounts linked to money laundering or fraudulent activity will be closed immediately.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

32dd offers new members a welcome bonus of up to 150% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus (total balance ৳2,500); depositing ৳22,000 attracts the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 (total balance ৳37,000).

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. The wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳15,000 in bets required before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• The bonus can be received only once, at the time of the first deposit.
• The wagering requirement must be met within a specified period after receiving the bonus.

5.3 Other Promotions

From time to time, 32dd may run various special offers and promotions. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated alongside the relevant offer. In addition to the general terms, the specific conditions of each promotion must also be followed.

6 Gaming Rules & Code of Conduct

6.1 Fair Play Policy

32dd is committed to ensuring a fair play environment. All games are operated using certified technology and results are completely impartial and random. In the event of a technical error or abnormal result, 32dd reserves the right to cancel or review the relevant game round.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Any form of hacking, software manipulation, or use of bots.
• Deliberately exploiting any technical flaw in the game system.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other members' accounts.
• Attempting to obtain bonuses or rewards through fraudulent means.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing purposes.
• Misconduct or harassment toward other members.

6.3 Technical Issues

If an internet connection is lost or a game is interrupted for any reason, 32dd will make every effort to restore the last valid game state. However, 32dd is not responsible for issues related to network or device problems.

7 Responsible Gaming

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure at the User's Request

A user may request to close their own account at any time. The process will be completed upon contacting the support team. Available funds may be withdrawn before the account is closed; however, bonus-related funds will not apply if wagering requirements have not been met.

8.2 Suspension by 32dd

32dd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of the Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Misuse of the bonus system.
• At the direction of a law enforcement authority.

8.3 Steps After Suspension

If an account is closed due to a violation of the Terms, the return of legitimate funds will be considered after the investigation is concluded. However, if fraudulent activity is proven, all funds may be forfeited.

• Losses caused by internet service interruption or network issues.

• Unauthorized access to an account due to the user's own negligence.
• Financial losses resulting from the user's own gaming decisions.
• Temporary service disruptions caused by unexpected technical or server issues.

11 Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content on the 32dd website — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is the intellectual property of 32dd. Reproducing, distributing, or using this content in any form without permission is strictly prohibited.

Games available on the platform (including those from Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, and other providers) are operated under the intellectual property rights of their respective game developers. Any unauthorized use of any part of these games will constitute a violation of intellectual property law.
